We have 66 beds in our nursing facility, 24 of which are reserved for our Covenant Center where we specialize in care for patients at the end stages of dementia.

• Private rooms: $499.00 a day 
• Semi-Private: $439.00 a day 

We are licensed to accept Medicare and Medi-Cal and are contracted with a variety of HMOs and PPOs.

We offer comfortable family spaces, scenic outdoor garden patios and common areas for visits and activities. 

*Residents currently living in our Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities will receive first priority to our skilled nursing beds.

We provide residents with three delicious meals daily and can accommodate a variety of special dietary needs upon request.

We also provide frequent snacks throughout the day.
