Independent Living in our Cottages

If you’re still an active and independent senior, our cottages might be the ideal place for you.  We are a 65+ community.  Here, you’ll find a safe and secure setting with many amenities offered through our assisted living community.


Our cottages offers security and freedom that makes it easy to run errands around town or travel with complete peace of mind, knowing all is well when you return. Our residents offer a friendly community who enjoy life independently. 


There is always plenty to do.  You might meet up with friends for breakfast or lunch in our dining room, then do something you love by joining one of our assisted living activities: take a walk around our facility, exercise in one of our fitness classes, play some BINGO or come to our Wednesday Worship.  Feel free to enjoy coffee time two times a day and fellowship with others while sipping on a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy a cookie or two.  Dinner is often followed by a hymn sing or games and puzzles.  Or, just enjoy the peace and quiet in your private cottage with your favorite television show or by reading one of your favorite books.


Our 21 cottages vary in size and floor plan. They are suitable for single or double occupancy. 

We have 13 - two bedroom units and 8 - one bedroom units.

    • Laundry room in 2 bedroom units
    • Shared laundry facility for 1 bedroom units
    • Individual garage with each unit
    • Gated community with overnight security guard
    • Community club house
    • Large community BBQ and patio area

  • Primary Services

    • Call lights for emergency help
    • Daily monitoring by staff
    • Maintenance of lawns, common areas, and facilities
    • Includes 10 meals per month served in the Assisted Living dining room (for those "I don't want to cook" days) 

  • Additional services

    • Beauty shop and barber available 
    • Extra meals in the assisted living dining room are available
    • Parlor use for special occasions (available to rent)
    • Encouraged participation in our Assisted Living activities
    • Physical, occupational and speech-language pathology are available through EmpowerMe Wellness 
    • Notary services available through our main business office

  • Cottage Rates

    • One bedroom cottages are $1,654.00 a month
    • Two bedroom cottages range from $2,244-$2,510 depending on location 
    • One time, entrance fee per unit is $2,500.
    • Water and garbage is included
    • Resident is Responsible for electricity / television / internet / telephone  (units do not have gas)
    • Independent living is private pay only. Medicare, Medi-Cal and Section 8 assistance are not applicable.
